Story

Childhood friends Rinko and Kentaro take piano lessons from the same high school music teacher. While Kentaro is naturally talented and inspired, Rinko is steady and hardworking. They strive to become pianists, but they are to face major challenges, namely, the Great Han-Shin Awaji Earthquake and focal dystonia. A piano movie dotted with classics by Chopin and Rachmaninov and pieces for left hand composed by Kohei Kondo.
