In June 2011, three months after the Fukushima nuclear disaster, Germany decided to discontinue all its nuclear power plants by 2022, while Japan, the country where the meltdown occurred, has restarted the operation of several plants. Where does the difference come from? “Morgen, Tomorrow” follows German people’s dedicated efforts to abandon nuclear power in favor of renewable energy.
