Christmas Eve, 1984, before the establishment of the Equal Employment Opportunity Law, a group of women run the streets all the way to the Ministsry of Labor, relaying instead of a baton a petition for equal opportunity law. Thirty years on, while employment patterns are increasingly variegated, women still combat ongoing discrimination. Chronicling the movements of women who have acted upon their wish for gender equality, this documentary very much pertains to the present.
