Set in coastal areas of Fukushima after the nuclear disaster, the film focuses on the tsunami which remains eclipsed by radiation. In an area where everyone else has evacuated, a man with a dead body of his young daughter in his arms declares: “I have things to do because I am still here.” The film follows the five and a half years of familial struggle in search of missing children.
