After her mother's death, Akari goes on a drive in her mother’s truck to visit her father who abandoned her and started a new family. Kota, her father's son in his new family, hates his father and runs away from home. The two stepsiblings meet unexpectedly and share the road trip for two nights. The film portrays the emotional bonding between them.
