Graduated from Hongik University majoring a Western Painting. She worked at MINKAHYOP Human Rights Group from 1990 to 2001. Since 2001, she has worked at National Human Rights Commission of Korea which is a national organization. She has produced Human Rights Omnibus Feature Film, including “If You Were Me” series, to improve awareness in human rights through cultural contents.
